Shipping Time

Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes 5-6 business days to process and dispatch your items. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • Local Deliveries (within major cities): 5-6 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or public holidays.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep. Delivery Guidelines

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are correct to avoid delays.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will make a second attempt. After two unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • We do not deliver to PO boxes.

International Shipping

Currently, Mannzu only offers shipping within Pakistan. We hope to expand our delivery services to international customers shortly. Stay tuned for updates!
